People-Inspired Ad Contest to Gather Inspiration From the Global Creative Community

Leading up to the FIFA World Cup, Africa’s most exciting sports event of the year in 2010, the GeoBranding Center of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council will team with the International Marketing Council of South Africa to deliver a nation branding ad contest. Launching in March, Get Wildly Creative About South Africa invites inspired and inventive new messaging and creative advertising executions that capture and convey the essence, attributes and essential qualities of Brand South Africa. South African information and rich media sites on the Internet will also be identified as resource destinations for gaining insight, images, video and inspiration. News and information about the contest will be distributed to leading creative arts, advertising, marketing, and digital media publications, channels and communities worldwide.
